Cancellation Policy
Distinctive Style Atelier Booking & Payment Policy Thank you for choosing Distinctive Style Atelier. 1. Booking Your Appointment Appointments can be booked online at any time. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received your confirmation email. Following your booking, you will receive a series of questionnaires and information to complete before your consultation. A short Zoom consultation is required before any service begins to ensure your session is tailored to your individual needs. 2. Payment Options Clients may choose to: * Pay for their service in full at the time of booking; or * Select one of our monthly payment packages where available. 3. Bronze Package Available for: * Personal Colour Analysis * Body & Face Shape Analysis The total cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments. 4. Silver Package Available for: * Wardrobe Diagnosis * Half-Day Personal Shopping The total cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments. 5. Platinum Package Available for: * Wardrobe Diagnosis * Half-Day Personal Shopping (booked together) The combined cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments. 6. Monthly Payment Plans By selecting a monthly payment plan, you agree to complete all 12 monthly payments, regardless of when your appointment takes place. Payment plans are a method of spreading the cost of your investment and are not a pay-as-you-go membership. The full service fee remains payable. 7. Rescheduling If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible. We will always do our best to find an alternative appointment. 8. Cancellations Bookings are non-transferable. Payments made for completed services are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking before your appointment, any refund will be subject to the payment terms in place at the time of booking and any non-recoverable payment processing fees. If you have booked using a monthly payment plan, cancelling your appointment does not cancel your agreement to pay the remaining balance. 9. Client Preparation To ensure the highest quality experience, clients are asked to complete all questionnaires before their appointment. Delays in returning questionnaires may result in your appointment being postponed until the necessary information has been received. 10.
