Service Description
Do you have items that are too small for you in your wardrobe? How about too big? Have you ever had one of those days where you truly dislike everything in your wardrobe? I have and I'm sure many of you have too. Our wardrobes can make us frustrated, can't they? If you have ever opened your wardrobe and panicked about the fact you have nothing to wear I get it. Before you know it you are throwing every item of clothing on the floor and getting frustrated at your jeans because you cannot find a single outfit that makes you feel good. As the minute’s tick closer to having to be out the door in the morning it seems perfectly ok to throw the shoes you once loved at the nearest window. The Wardrobe Consultation is four hours long. The cost of the session is £370 The session includes a style and wardrobe booklet to make the most of your style, body shape and wardrobe. We will look at your lifestyle, working out where you spend most of your time and tackle this area of your wardrobe first, and work backwards from here. In the session we will create complete styled outfits and photograph them for you reference back to. We will create neat piles of clothing and anything that will not be going back in the wardrobe will be packaged up and sent to it's appropriate destination; the tailors, the dry cleaners, ebay etc.
Cancellation Policy
Distinctive Style Atelier Booking & Payment Policy Thank you for choosing Distinctive Style Atelier. 1. Booking Your Appointment Appointments can be booked online at any time. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received your confirmation email. Following your booking, you will receive a series of questionnaires and information to complete before your consultation. A short Zoom consultation is required before any service begins to ensure your session is tailored to your individual needs. 2. Payment Options Clients may choose to: * Pay for their service in full at the time of booking; or * Select one of our monthly payment packages where available. 3. Bronze Package Available for: * Personal Colour Analysis * Body & Face Shape Analysis The total cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments. 4. Silver Package Available for: * Wardrobe Diagnosis * Half-Day Personal Shopping The total cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments. 5. Platinum Package Available for: * Wardrobe Diagnosis * Half-Day Personal Shopping (booked together) The combined cost is divided into 12 equal monthly payments. 6. Monthly Payment Plans By selecting a monthly payment plan, you agree to complete all 12 monthly payments, regardless of when your appointment takes place. Payment plans are a method of spreading the cost of your investment and are not a pay-as-you-go membership. The full service fee remains payable. 7. Rescheduling If you need to rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible. We will always do our best to find an alternative appointment. 8. Cancellations Bookings are non-transferable. Payments made for completed services are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking before your appointment, any refund will be subject to the payment terms in place at the time of booking and any non-recoverable payment processing fees. If you have booked using a monthly payment plan, cancelling your appointment does not cancel your agreement to pay the remaining balance. 9. Client Preparation To ensure the highest quality experience, clients are asked to complete all questionnaires before their appointment. Delays in returning questionnaires may result in your appointment being postponed until the necessary information has been received. 10.
